About Course

The B.sc (Food Science Quality Control Microbiology Chemistry) is a three year degree programme divided into six semesters. Subjects studied under this course are following food chemistry, food microbiology, packaging technology, and dairy technology. It is the application of food science to the preservation, processing, packaging, distribution, nutritious, selection, and wholesome food.

Eligibility

Students who have completed 10+2 or equivalent from Science Stream are eligible for admission into this programme.
