Placement Training In Alphores

The Training & Placement Cell plays a vital role in creating the distinguished placements. The Training & Placement Cell at Alphores Women’s Degree & PG College provides personal and career oriented support to its students. Our college has a full-fledged professional Placement team to look after Placement activities. Our Placement Cell functions 24X7 support base with a responsibility to organize and support placement activities.

Technical Skills & Soft Skills

The College offers an extensive training called STAR (Standard Training for All Recruitments), an innovative and novel process. This outstanding programme is efficiently organized every year and more than 500 hours of training sessions are structured. The STAR programme includes Soft Skills, Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning, General Studies, Competitive and Communicative English, General Knowledge and Current Affairs.

Resume Preparation

This programme enables students to become proactive in defining their placements in reputed MNCs like IBM, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and in State & National level prestigious Government exams like Groups, SSC, Banking, CGL and others. Our College has registered with the TASK (Telangana Academy for Skills and Knowledge), the prestigious organization established by the Telangana Government. In association with the TASK, we facilitate our students by training the Life Skills and employability Skills to enhance the employability quotient. By availig the opportunities of STAR and TASK, our exemplary students could successfully accomplish 200+ placements for the academic year 2021-22. The effectiveness of the training is the evidence from this consistent and remarkable placement record in Telangana for the aforementioned period.
