The B.Com (General) is a three year degree programme divided into six semesters. The programme is designed with career oriented, course structure, teaching as well as learning process to expose the students in the area of industrial and business Organisation to meet the requirements of the present business scenario. The fifth semester has Skill Enhancement Courses and the sixth semester comprises complete internship activity. The curriculum is developed duly considering the desired level of knowledge exposure in the context of dynamic environment in global business scenario. The B.Com (General) Programme is intended to provide advanced knowledge in Corporate Accounting, Accounting for Service Organizations specializations in Advanced Accounting as well as Cost and Management Accounting. It aims to equip students in-depth with the knowledge and competence in the dynamic field of Commerce standing to the requirements of the day and to pursue a professional career and furthering higher education in the specified areas of Commerce and Management.
